FILING YEAR

2026 income is reported in 2027

Annual PIT follows the calendar tax year. The current general rule points to the end of March for annual paper filing, with recent e-Filing campaigns extended into early April.

DATE STATUS

Plan to file by 31 March 2027

31 March 2027 is the legal deadline for 2026 income. In recent years online filers received 8 extra days, but the notice that grants them currently ends on 31 January 2027 and had not been renewed when we checked on 3 October 2026. We will update this page if it is renewed.

Our commitment: we check the Revenue Department notices again before the 2027 filing season opens and tell our clients of any change.
